I'm Paul Campbell. I test the AI tools dental practices use, to make sure one patient's details can never turn up in a message meant for someone else.
Helping practices use AI without putting patient trust at risk.
AI tools are moving into dental practices fast: drafting emails, summarising notes, answering patient questions and handling admin. They can save real time. But very few practices have checked whether those tools could repeat one patient's details in a message meant for someone else. That's the gap I fill.
What I bring
A doctorate and a master's in business management. My PhD trained me in careful, methodical research and in writing clearly about complicated subjects. My business management master's means I understand how a practice actually runs: the pressures on owners and managers, the cost of disruption, and why advice has to be practical.
A background in confidentiality and care. For more than two decades I've been a carer for members of my own family, which has given me a deep respect for how personal health information is, and how much trust people place in those who hold it.
Plain English, always. I'm the author of a published guide for families, so I know how to turn complex topics into clear, usable advice. Your report will be written for practice managers, not IT specialists.
How I work
I never use real patient records. Every test uses invented data, so your patients' information is never exposed during testing.
I keep everything confidential. What I learn about your systems stays between us.
I tell you what I found and what to do about it. You get a clear report with practical next steps, not jargon.
Local and easy to reach
I'm based in Chesham and happy to meet practices in person across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area, or to talk by phone or video call. Book a free 15-minute call and we'll talk through the AI tools your practice uses and whether a test would help.
